LIMITED CONFIDENTIALITY

We have a duty to keep your personal details confidential. All information is kept physically secure, and we will never disclose details of your dealings with us. No one will know you even came to see us.

But......

We also have an ethical and legal requirement not to support applications containing false statements or information. If you tell us that a document is false, or if you tell us you intend to lie about certain facts on your application, we cannot use this false information in an application. This may well mean we cannot submit your application at all! So please think carefully about the information you give us, and make sure it's always 100% true and correct.


Marriage/Partner/Family Visas

You're not required to fill in the employment and/or qualifications questions. But please put your partner's details under the "spouse" part, whether you're married yet or not

Skilled Worker Visas

You must fill out everything, especially the qualifications questions.


*Explanatory Notes:

1. "Dependent" children (over 18 and under 25) are those whom you provide with substantial support, have never been married, and are full-time students

2. "Country Of Residence" means: Where you are living now

3. "Occupation" means: What is your job? (Not just what you did at university)

4. Qualifications = Highschool, College/University, Trade Schools, Trade or on-the-job skills/qualifications

6. English Skills: Be very accurate here, as this WILL need to be verified by IELTS testing and scoring

7. Studies in Australia = Courses, college/university, qualification and date completed. Date completed is very important.

8. Criminal records and/or health issues: Please be very honest here. These will not necessarily stop you getting a visa, but hiding important details certainly will stop you.

9. Please tell us your "story" in as much detail as you can, so we can understand what you would like the outcome to be. And let us know any potential problems you know about. This is all confidential (note the LIMITED CONFIDENTIALITY statement).
