My marriage is not yet annulled. My fiancee wants me to come to Australia. Is it possible to get a visa, and what type of visa can I get?

Can you get an Australian partner visa when your marriage is still annulled? Can you visit and/or remain in Australia when you are still legally married to someone else? How can you be together whilst an annulment is still going on?
