You can if you like living dangerously, or if you enjoy miserable failure. A quality and complete onshore Partner Visa application takes considerable time to prepare. Rush-jobs lead to refusals, as the Department insist on “decision-ready” applications.

    Can she work in Australia with the onshore partner visa application submitted ?

      When an onshore partner visa application is lodged, and when the tourist visa runs out, the applicant automatically goes onto a Bridging Visa A. That normally comes with work rights, yes.
