I’ve applied Visa for australian for my husband and got email from immi state “We are currently processing your application. During this process we received unfavourable information that may lead to a decision to refuse your application.
Follow the instructions in this letter on how to reply and the timeframe for you to respond.
Based on our departmental record, noted that you have previously travelled to Australia. You entered Australia on 05/06/2012, you stayed in Australia until your visa has been ceased and departed from Australia on 24/11/2013”
I say never overstayed in my previous application, because i think it’s almost 10 years.
What should i do now? please advise.
