The exact question was:

What’s the difference between a de facto visa and a partner visa from Philippines to Australia?

Partner visas to Australia from Philippines, yes this is the same as a de facto visa. Partner visas to Australia can be applied for based on being married or based on being in an established de facto relationship for 12 months or more. And this means an established and a genuine relationship where you truly lead a shared life together. You need to be more that just boyfriend and girlfriend, or the visa will not be granted. You will need to be assessed by Down Under Visa to see if you qualify.

Is it possible to get a de facto visa if my lady is still married to her ex in philippines…thanks..

  If you are in a de facto relationship, yes you can. She may be still married. Suggest you use our free visa assessment form on our website.
